- Serve as the owner for assigned projects from submission through closure.
- Facilitate meetings, define deliverables, and coordinate scheduling with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform submittal reviews on complex project submissions (e.g., Rule 15 or equivalent utility standards).
- Produce and deliver project updates, reports, and tracking information independently.
- Identify outstanding dependencies, coordinate deliverables, and schedule work orders when ready.
- Participate in customer collaboration, tactical planning, and regional operations meetings.
- Act as a subject matter expert for project support staff, providing training and mentorship.
- Resolve project conflicts, delays, and errors through cross-functional collaboration.
- Conduct data integrity audits across tracking systems and records to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Maintain notes, records, and project documentation as required.
- Support Project Managers with meeting facilitation, submittal/document reviews, scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder communication.Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 5 years analytical experience reviewing and interpreting data sets.
- 5 years project coordination or project management experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), including data manipulation and visualization (Excel formulas, Power BI, etc.).
- Utility industry experience preferred (minimum 2 years).
- Minimum 2 years experience with database-driven systems (Access, SAP, or equivalent).
