Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps for AI-driven platforms focused on patient engagement.
- Lead the delivery of MVPs and manage iterative enhancements to expand product capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and clinical teams to align business objectives with technical solutions.
- Transform business goals into actionable product requirements and user stories.
- Oversee Agile development processes, including backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in product management with a focus on digital or platform-based products.
- Strong understanding of conversational AI and large language models.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on AI/ML solutions.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with prompt engineering and system instruction design.
- Familiarity with Gemini, Vertex AI, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures.
- Background in healthcare or patient-facing digital products.
- Proficiency with tools like Jira and Confluence.
