Mandatory Skills:
- Strategy & Design: Develop enterprise MDM strategies, design scalable architectures, data models, integration workflows, and data flow diagrams.
- Implementation Oversight: Guide technical teams (developers, data stewards) in building and deploying MDM solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Data Governance: Establish policies, standards, and compliance guidelines for data quality, stewardship, and lifecycle management.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Bridge business and DT, translating requirements, communicating value, and ensuring MDM supports overall business goals.
- Technical Expertise: Work with specific MDM platforms (Informatica), cloud solutions (AWS, Azure)
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance, drive enhancements, and maintain documentation for the MDM framework.
