Key Responsibilities
Strategy Execution & Leadership Enablement
- Partner closely with the VP and senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives across the Sales & Digital technology portfolio
- Translate leadership priorities into clear initiatives, execution plans, and measurable outcomes
- Support organizational effectiveness initiatives, including AI adoption strategy, engineering productivity improvements, and Learning & Development strategy
- Act as a trusted thought partner to leadership on technology strategy, operating models, and transformation efforts
- Own and facilitate weekly and monthly leadership operating cadences, including agenda planning, preparation of materials, and follow up actions
- Develop clear, concise, executive ready narratives that translate complex technical topics into actionable insights
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, and briefings for senior leadership and executive forum
- Prepare executive ready presentations, narratives, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 7 years of experience in technology strategy, operations, program management, or transformation roles
- Proven experience working closely with VP level and senior leadership
- Strong understanding of software development, digital platforms, and modern SDLC practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with a high degree of discretion
