Core OT / ICS Experience:
- Proven experience managing projects in Operational Technology (OT) / Industrial Control Systems (ICS) environments
- Experience in SCADA, utilities, manufacturing, or critical infrastructure domains
- Experience managing deployment of Nozomi Networks or similar OT monitoring tools
- Experience overseeing implementation/upgrades of Fortinet firewalls in IT/OT environments
- Experience managing SIEM & SOAR platforms (Splunk) including:
- Data source onboarding
- Use case definition
- Operationalization
- Experience coordinating deployment of secure remote access tools (Console Works or similar)
- Experience working in regulated environments with frameworks like:
- NERC CIP
- NIST
- ISO
- Strong understanding of audit, compliance, and governance requirements
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum & Hybrid delivery models
- Expertise in:
- Backlog management
- Sprint planning
- Release coordination
- Stakeholder communication
- Risk & dependency management
- Timeline management across large programs
- Experience managing security implementations in enterprise environments
- Hands-on exposure to:
- SAP Security
- SAP GRC
- Onapsis
- Strong experience in vendor coordination, integration, and compliance
