Job Description:
This key Business Analyst role will closely collaborate with business stakeholders based in the USA and engineering team offshore. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in liaising between product requirements and the engineering and testing teams.
Minimum qualifications:
8 years of Business Analysis experience
Experience in HRIS domain
Workday knowledge
Strong analytical skills
Strong collaboration skills
Experience of agile software development methodologies.
What Candidate Will Do
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications within the HRIS domain.
Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired outcomes.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions within the Workday platform.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders and gather feedback on proposed changes.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including process flows, user stories, etc.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and ensure user satisfaction.
