We re seeking a Senior Genesys Developer with advanced expertise in Genesys on-prem solutions, routing development, and enterprise integrations. Candidates may relocate, but onsite presence twice a week is mandatory no remote-only option.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong hands-on experience with Genesys On-Prem
Expertise in IWD (Intelligent Workload Distribution)
Advanced Routing development
File Server Capture integration experience
Working knowledge of Graph API
Solid Oracle DB experience
