Job Description
Overall Genesys administration/IWD support experience – 3-5 years
Java - Used for building/maintaining routing strategies, APIs, and integration components in the Genesys environment -3-5 years
JavaScript - Used in web services, APIs, and Genesys Workspace customisations, 3-5 years
Oracle Database - Writing SQL queries, stored procedures, and analysing configuration/reporting data from Genesys DBs 3-5 years.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in “Genesys administration, IWD support, Oracle Database, JavaScript” with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
