Position: Lead / Sr. Full Stack .NET Developer

Location: Austin, TX or Southlake, TX

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3-4 days onsite per week)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Lead or Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Angular and .NET Core to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-scale applications in a hybrid cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable web applications, RESTful APIs, and database-driven systems, while applying best practices across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Angular and .NET Core (C#).
• Strong proficiency in Angular components, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI design.
• Proven experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server or Oracle, including writing complex queries and stored procedures.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or PCF).
• Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture principles.
• Experience working within an enterprise architecture environment.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Experience integrating authentication and authorization frameworks (OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Prior experience leading or mentoring a development team.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using Angular and .NET Core (C#).
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services supporting complex business logic.
• Develop and optimize database solutions using SQL Server or Oracle RDBMS.
• Leverage cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or PCF) for application deployment and scalability.
• Participate in the full SDLC, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Apply strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and modern software engineering practices.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.
