As the Sr. Enterprise Systems Integrator, you will drive enterprise-level alignment across complex, multi-INT software services; orchestrate cross-program technical integration; and guide government leadership through the full lifecycle of ground enterprise modernization.
Key Responsibilities to include:
- Support the integration of multi-INT mission applications, services, and workflows across the Ground Enterprise, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, mission priorities, and modernization objectives.
- Advise Government managers on end-to-end system lifecycle impacts, integration dependencies, and cross-program technical risks.
- Manage the program office's quarterly planning cycle, ensuring architecture development, solution engineering, and development increments are synchronized across teams and contractors.
- Apply advanced systems engineering, MBSE, and digital engineering methods to guide architecture reviews, technical baselines, and engineering decision forums.
- Integrate stakeholder and system requirements, assess schedule and technical trades, and ensure traceability across enterprise-level engineering artifacts.
- Conduct systems analysis to identify technical debt, architectural runway needs, and efficiency trade-offs for cloud-based and service-oriented architectures.
- Engage with systems engineers and development teams across multiple programs to enhance cross-program integration, track solution delivery, and ensure consistent engineering practices.
- Participate in technical and programmatic interchanges; identify integration issues early; and provide actionable engineering recommendations to government leadership.
- Support the evolution of Agile, DevSecOps, and digital engineering practices across government teams, development contractors, and mission partners.
- Contribute to the development and maturation of digital engineering work products, including architecture views, technical roadmaps, and model-based representations of mission threads and system interactions.
- Promote a digital-first engineering culture by helping teams adopt modern tools, workflows, and data-driven engineering practices.
- Provide technical expertise to support long-range planning for future systems, enterprise capabilities, and architectural modernization initiatives.
- Develop high-quality briefings, technical documentation, and decision materials for senior government stakeholders.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience. Relevant experience to be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Active Top Secret Clearance with Polygraph
- Broad systems engineering experience (e.g. system architecture and design, integration of system requirements, CONOPS, systems verification to develop solutions, use of schedule and configuration management in support of program execution)
- Knowledge and experience in managing across the software development lifecycle using modern agile approaches and tools.
- Experience or familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework Environment (SAFe)
- Proven ability to work effectively and collaborate in a dynamic, fast paced team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently execute work
- Strong oral and written communications ability on significant technical matters often requires coordination within a high tempo environment
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
