Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the roadmap for enterprise Supply Chain Applications
- Lead large scale ERP and supply chain transformation initiatives beyond a lift and shift approach
- Align technology strategy with business objectives and operational outcomes
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders across supply chain and operations
- Translate business needs into scalable technology solutions
- Drive end to end process optimization across source to pay and order to cash
- Lead architecture and platform decisions for Oracle based supply chain systems
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices
- Partner with system integrators and vendors to support delivery execution
- Oversee integrations between Oracle platforms and Workday
- Ensure stability and performance of enterprise applications
- Implement service management discipline to reduce incidents and improve delivery
- Drive continuous improvement across systems and processes
- Lead and mentor a team of more than 20 professionals across enterprise applications
- Manage multimillion dollar budgets including project and operational spend
- Oversee vendor relationships and drive cost optimization
- 12 or more years of experience in enterprise applications with a focus on supply chain
- Proven track record leading ERP and supply chain transformations
- Deep understanding of supply chain business processes including inventory, logistics, warehousing, and vendor management
- Strong experience with Oracle ERP and SCM platforms with Cloud preferred
- Ability to lead architecture decisions and resolve complex technical challenges
- Experience partnering with system integrators and third party vendors
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
- Prior hands on ERP configuration experience
- Experience integrating Oracle with Workday
- Exposure to AI driven tools that enhance ERP productivity
- Experience in large, complex, multi entity environments
