We are seeking a Desktop Engineer to manage, secure, and optimize our end-user computing environment. This role will own the full lifecycle of endpoint management-from provisioning through Microsoft Intune and Autopilot to supporting day-to-day hardware, software, and user issues across the bank. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technologist with a strong service orientation and deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, and modern endpoint administration. Endpoint Deployment & Management o Configure and manage Windows 11 devices via Microsoft Intune and Autopilot. o Maintain compliant device baselines aligned with Zero Trust and FFIEC/NIST security standards. o Package and deploy applications, drivers, and updates across the environment. o Manage asset inventory and lifecycle for laptops, desktops, peripherals, and displays. User & Hardware Support o Provide support for end users across the bank's offices, branches and remote workforce. o Troubleshoot issues with laptops, printers, network connectivity, and Microsoft 365 applications. o Support and maintain conference room AV systems and display technology. o Collaborate with vendors for warranty, repairs, and hardware replacements. Configuration & Security o Ensure device compliance through Intune policies, conditional access, and MFA enforcement. o Participate in hardening and imaging efforts to maintain a secure and compliant workstation base image. o Work closely with IT Security to align endpoint management with Zero Trust Network Architecture (ZTNA). Process & Automation o Document and refine endpoint management procedures. o Contribute to onboarding/offboarding workflows and IT operations efficiency improvements.
