Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
- 8 years of experience in data engineering or a related role.
- 8 years of data analysis. Preferably in the Healthcare industry of enrollment, medical claims and/or pharmacy claims.
- 8 years hands-on work in SQL and/or PL/SQL.
- Familiarity designing, implementing, and optimizing data models in NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, neo4j) to support high-volume, low-latency workloads.
- Working knowledge of big data/cloud technologies (Databricks, AWS, Azure, Hadoop, Spark, Snowflake etc.) is preferred.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite applications PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Flexible work schedule. Experience with project management tools like JIRA.
- Strong understanding of agile development practices, preferably SAFe.
- Strong analytical skills. Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills.
