Contractor needs to have lab experience, familiar with industry codes, bulk storage, pressure vessels, pumping systems, but most importantly know ultra purification water system (UPW) and wastewater treatment.
Additionally, experience with specialized gases such as argon and helium typically seen in chip manufacturing environments and dry or wet etch experience.
