THE WORK
TKO provides systems engineering, software development, data science and cloud development and engineering services to the Cyber Infrastructure Solutions customer. The services enable the Data Transformation, Malware Analysis, and Cyber Threat Intelligence processing and sharing capabilities for the customer, fulfilling mission objectives and offering actionable information to detect and mitigate cyber threats. The contract has several locations in Maryland and a small contingent in Texas.

You are an experienced Capabilities Development Engineer who will support a high priority and highly visible malware analysis modernization program.
You will work with a team of dynamic and innovative engineers to develop new capabilities supporting the virtual malware containment enclave.
You will also support the modernization of malware enrichment services.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline plus twenty (20) years' experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Required Skills:
Familiar working in a virtual environment including creating virtual machines, creating images, and virtual environment networking.
Familiar with Python to generate scripts to automate VM setup
Ability to multitask and pivot to different tasks quickly
Experience with Atlassian tools, Git
Experience with IntelliJ or Eclipse IDE

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $150,800 - $265,880. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
