- Significant custody/asset servicing domain experience (typically 8 to 10 years) with demonstrated delivery of multiple enterprise projects
- Deep understanding of securities lifecycle, settlement processes, corporate actions, income processing, FX, collateral management, and reconciliations
- Proven experience integrating with DTCC (DTC, NSCC), OCC, and other clearing/settlement systems
- Hands-on experience with ISO 20022 migration/messaging, SWIFT FIN/MT and structured/unstructured address enhancements
- Strong experience producing high-quality functional specs, data mappings, and integration designs
- Technical fluency with XML/ISO20022 schemas, SWIFT standards, APIs/REST, SQL, and common middleware (IBM MQ, Kafka, ETL tools)
- Solid experience in Agile delivery, JIRA, Confluence, and test-driven delivery practices
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills; experience leading workshops and steering committees
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
