The pay range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. Your role in our mission
Design your career for growth, new possibilities and refining your valuable skills:
- Code, test, debug, implement and document complex programs
- Analyze, design and write specs from which we develop and code programs
- Evaluate existing systems and programs; assist the project manager in assigning tasks and working closely with a team
- Liaise with management to provide technical consulting on complex programming projects, validate program requirements, and resolve issues that arise
- Develop test plans and participate in QA activities such as coding reviews
- Participate as a member of a development team and lead a small sub-team of developers as needed
- Design system components and delegate responsibilities to team members
- 7 years of application development and batch programming using C, UNIX and SQL (Postgres and/or Oracle)
- Experience with Healthcare/Medicare/Medicaid IT systems is highly preferred, in particular with Managed Care and Capitation subsystem
- Experience with all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to include coding, testing, etc.
- Experience with software design and development methodologies
- Fully remote opportunity with the option to work anywhere within the United States
- Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%)
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation
