- Leads engineering team supporting the company s top accounts in the consumer electronics market to develop new adhesives and processes to be best in class partner.
- Promotes a culture of learning, collaboration, and personal development.
- Mentor team members and support long-term career growth.
- Responsible for CapEx and drives continues improvements of the labs and capabilities to be future ready.
- Ensures compliance with all company requirements (safety, legal), and relevant industry/customer specifications.
- Bachelor s degree in science or engineering
- 10 years of experience with adhesives and films/tapes materials used in consumer electronics devices.
- 5 years of experience of leading at least team of 5 engineers/scientist as a direct report.
- The capacity to use agile methodologies and adapt to changing customer needs and market conditions.
- Familiarity with FEA, flow modelling CAD and lab automation technologies
