Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and rebuild invoicing-related database tables to meet integration requirements with NetSuite.
- Develop, modify, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to support ERP and accounting workflows.
- Design, build, and maintain SSRS reports to support internal and external financial reporting needs.
- Work closely with finance, IT, and ERP stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable database and reporting solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data issues, performance bottlenecks, and reporting inaccuracies.
- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities related to ERP system enhancements.
- Ensure database structures are secure, optimized, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Provide documentation and training as needed for internal teams.
- Strong proficiency in SQL Server (T-SQL, database design, indexing, performance tuning).
- Proven experience with SSRS report development and deployment.
- Hands-on experience working with or integrating accounting systems or ERP platforms, especially NetSuite.
- Experience in data modeling and designing relational database structures for financial or invoicing applications.
- Familiarity with data integration tools, APIs, or ETL processes for ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
