- Manage purchasing and procurement activities in a manufacturing environment
- Review and manage contracts, including tracking expirations
- Work as SME for procurement systems (Coupa/SAP) and support sourcing events (RFP/RFQ/RFI)
- Handle supplier/vendor management, performance, and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and processes
- Support Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) program
- Perform spend analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities
- 4 years of experience in procurement/purchasing
- Experience in manufacturing or production environment
- Hands-on experience with SAP or Coupa
- Strong experience in contract review/management
- Supplier/vendor management experience
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with RFP/RFQ/RFI (RfX)
- VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory)
- Process improvement and cost optimization
