Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the target architecture for supply chain and enterprise technology platforms.
- Design end-to-end solutions that integrate legacy and modern systems through scalable, secure, and data-driven architectures.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business leaders to translate strategy into actionable architecture roadmaps.
- Lead solution design for complex integrations across key domains such as order management, inventory, forecasting, finance, and operations.
- Establish and promote architecture standards, governance practices, and design principles across teams.
- Partner with development teams to ensure adherence to best practices and technical consistency during implementation.
- Mentor engineers and architects, fostering technical excellence and architectural thinking.
- Communicate complex design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in software engineering and architecture, with at least 5 years in enterprise-scale or transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and system integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience designing solutions that connect multiple systems and platforms within large organizations.
- Proficiency with modern architectural approaches including microservices, APIs, and cloud-native design.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence technical direction across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Masters degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience with supply chain, order management, or fulfillment systems.
- Background in legacy modernization and integration with cloud-based platforms.
- Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Prior experience implementing architecture governance frameworks and standards.
