Summary:
Lead QA strategy and testing efforts to deliver high-quality software. Work closely with development, product, and business teams to ensure system readiness and minimize risk.
Responsibilities:
- Define QA strategy and lead testing (functional, integration, regression, UAT)
- Manage test plans, cases, and defect tracking
- Coordinate QA across teams and vendors
- Ensure test coverage aligns with requirements
- Oversee test environments, data, and release readiness
- Provide go/no-go recommendations
- 5 years QA experience, 2 years as QA Lead
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall
- Experience with test tools & automation
- UAT leadership and stakeholder collaboration
- Healthcare domain experience preferred
- Leadership, communication, problem-solving
- Detail-oriented, ability to manage priorities
- Support release cycles and go-live activities
