Seeking a Software Licensing & Contracts Analyst with a strong focus on reviewing, interpreting, and managing software license agreements and vendor contracts. This role partners closely with Procurement, Legal, IT, and Finance to ensure licensing compliance, reduce risk, and support renewals, audits, and negotiations.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $52.00/hr.

Seeking a Software Licensing & Contracts Analyst with a strong focus on reviewing, interpreting, and managing software license agreements and vendor contracts. This role partners closely with Procurement, Legal, IT, and Finance to ensure licensing compliance, reduce risk, and support renewals, audits, and negotiations.
Key Focus Areas
- Heavy review and interpretation of software contracts, licensing terms, and entitlements
- Track renewals, true-ups, amendments, and termination clauses
- Validate contractual rights against deployment and usage data
- Identify compliance risk, licensing gaps, and cost-saving opportunities
- Support vendor audits (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Adobe, etc.)
- Partner with Procurement and Legal on renewals and negotiations
- ServiceNow SAM, Flexera, Snow, SCCM, JAMF
- On-prem, cloud, and SaaS environments
This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.
