Technical Lead - Embedded Software (Aerospace | Onsite in Santa Barbara, CA

What You'll Do:

What You'll Do:
- Lead the design and development of real-time embedded software for flight-critical systems
- Manage and mentor a small team of engineers - guiding architecture, code quality, and development processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, systems, and test teams to integrate software into the full product stack
- Take full lifecycle ownership - from prototyping to deployment and operational readiness
- Strong experience in embedded systems (Rust OR C, C ), ideally but not required, in aerospace or high-reliability domains
- Deep understanding of real-time systems, concurrency, SoC Architectures & Bare-Metal environments.
- Proven experience in people management .
- Comfortable working onsite in Santa Barbara, CA. In-person collaboration is essential
- Work on systems with real-world aerospace applications
