Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 5 years of recent related work experience
  • 3 years of experience in a development role supporting Microsoft System Center Service Manager (SCSM)
  • Strong understanding of SCSM services and features, including site design and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Server Administration–related certifications
  • Working knowledge of Cireson Web Portal for Service Manager
  • Experience with System Center Orchestrator
