Job Description: This position plays a key role in the design, development and troubleshooting, and debug software systems, contributing to both enhancements and the creation of new product offerings. Lead end-to-end development of complex software concepts, from initial design through to deployment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent* in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or other quantitative discipline plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience in information technology or engineering environment. The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or other quantitative discipline plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or 1 year of experience in information technology or engineering environment, in lieu of a Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of experience. The position requires experience with: Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast paced, dynamic environments. Strong leadership, customer and people development skills. Strong problem solving, project management and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Developing Complex SQL Views, Procedures and functions for Analytical Workload. Azure Synapse, SQL, PL/SQL. Implementing data quality controls, governance standards, and access management. RLS, data validation frameworks, governance processes. Advanced analytical engineering, including performance optimization of data models, tables, and queries (Query tuning, data model optimization techniques). Integration of multiple operational data sources into enterprise analytics solutions (Power BI, Synapse, Databricks, Fujitsu framework, adobe framework). Deployment of Analytics Solutions to production environment using control release processes/monitoring/ providing production support. Azure Cloud Platform, Azure Devops CI/CD pipelines. Position requires domestic travel approximately 10% of the time to various worksites. This position will be hybrid in Lewisville, TX and candidates must live within a 50-mile radius. This position is hybrid, meaning that employees will be required to work at a FedEx office location up to several times per week. *Employer will accept one (1) year of directly related experience in lieu of one (1) year of education.
