What You’ll Do
- Architect sophisticated system designs and technical specifications to resolve intricate functional challenges.
- Drive the end-to-end development process, from initial technical analysis through to successful user acceptance testing.
- Mentor junior engineering staff by overseeing their daily outputs, reviewing documentation, and ensuring adherence to elite coding standards.
- Synthesize complex project plans, managing the technical roadmap, resource allocation, and delivery timelines for large-scale initiatives.
- Champion the integration of new technologies and methodologies to optimize application performance and organizational efficiency.
- Execute rigorous testing protocols and debugging procedures to guarantee the integrity of interfacing applications and platforms.
- Consult with senior leadership and cross-functional business units to align technical capabilities with overarching strategic objectives.
- Evaluate third-party software and vendor solutions to determine their viability within the existing technological ecosystem.

- Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Java 21, Spring Boot 4.0, and Microservices architecture.
- Data Expertise: Proven experience designing and managing Oracle Database environments.
- Professional Background: A minimum of 5 years in systems analysis and application development, supported by at least an Associate’s degree in a related field.
- Leadership Acumen: Demonstrated ability to coordinate diverse teams, manage project milestones, and provide technical direction on complex efforts.
- Analytical Rigor: Strong lateral thinking skills with the ability to navigate the interdependencies of multi-platform environments.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with a track record of presenting technical concepts to both executive and non-technical audiences.
