- Bachelor s degree (mandatory)
- Minimum 10 years of software development experience
- At least 2 years of hands-on AI/ML experience
- Strong programming expertise in Python or Java
- Python is preferred
- Proven experience in AI/ML product development (production environments)
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with:
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
- End-to-end ownership of AI/ML systems with deep technical insight
- Experience with AI frameworks, security, and guardrails
- Cloud & DevOps Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AWS services, especially:
- AWS Bedrock
- Anthropic Claude models
- Model invocation APIs
- Strong CI/CD pipeline experience (critical requirement)
