JOB DUTIES:

• Create and/or leverage existing frameworks for manual and automated testing.
• Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for various testing needs such as Integration, Regression, Functional, and Smoke testing
• Ensure scalable and integrated test automation using Tricentis Tosca.
• Design and customize automated test scripts in Tosca for Web and API testing.
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to automation scripts; acts as a support liaison between the project team and Tricentis technical team.
• Utilize UI automation tools such as Ready API and Vision AI for testing.
• Perform test execution on various mobile devices across different platforms (iOS, Android).
• Maintain Tosca Server components, including license usage, event and agent monitoring, and workspace administration.
• Perform Tosca installation (fresh/upgrade), configuration setup (machine and Tosca), and status monitoring.
• Generate metrics and reports on automation adoption, regression progress, and in-sprint forecast/actuals using PowerBI.
• Explore and develop knowledge management solutions using Microsoft SharePoint.
• Perform Secure GPT QA testing to validate the quality of AI/LLMs using chat-level evaluation and custom prompt behaviors.
• Test the Testing GPT AI foundation for functionality, performance, and compatibility.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to team members regarding software usability, performance, and functionality.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Plus 5 years of experience in the job offered. The position requires 2 years of experience with integrated test automation using Tricentis TOSCA. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience as per the requirements cited herein. 40hrs/week.
