Mandatory Qualifications
The SRE Mindset: 8-12 years of experience managing high-availability production environments.
Cloud Native Mastery: Expert-level Kubernetes (GKE/K8s) and Docker. Ability to architect complex Helm charts and manage multi-cluster orchestration.
Deep Programming: Advanced proficiency in Go or Python is mandatory. You must be able to write custom operators, automation tooling, and interact directly with Google Cloud Platform APIs.
Google Cloud Platform Ecosystem: Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform.
Infrastructure as Code
Technical Focus Areas
Intelligence-Driven Ops: Building closed-loop remediation using OpenTelemetry (OTel), Prometheus, and Grafana. Experience using Vertex AI or ML-driven logic for anomaly detection is a major plus.
Zero-Trust Security: Implementing hardware-level security, including TPM integrations, LUKS encryption, and secure MASQUE/TLS tunnels for edge-to-cloud connectivity.
Edge & Virtualization: (Preferred) Experience with GDC Connected, VM Runtime, or Symcloud Storage. Strong grasp of Linux internals (kernel tuning, systemd, networking stack).
