The project involves supporting and enhancing the Vulnerable Persons Central Registry (VPCR) system, a 24/7 case management platform built on Siebel CRM that handles incident tracking, investigations, and oversight.

The role is with the Justice Center for the Protection of People with Special Needs, a New York State agency. The project involves supporting and enhancing the Vulnerable Persons Central Registry (VPCR) system, a 24/7 case management platform built on Siebel CRM that handles incident tracking, investigations, and oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and debug Siebel Public Sector applications and servers
- Install Siebel tools, patches, and manage configurations (CFG, ODBC)
- Perform system health checks and monitor server components
- Develop and execute data queries using SQL tools
- Conduct unit testing and resolve defects during release cycles
- Troubleshoot application issues and ITSM tickets
- Create functional documentation and test scripts for automation
- 7 years (84 months) in Siebel CRM Public Sector development
- Strong experience with Siebel Web Templates, JavaScript, jQuery, and/or .NET
- Hands-on experience with Siebel configuration, architecture, and troubleshooting
- Experience with Siebel Open UI Client (12 months)
- Experience with IP 2020 , OCI, Siebel Workspace/Web Tools, Cloud migration (36 months)
- Expertise in EIM, EAI, and Web Services
- Experience with Siebel automated testing tools
