Requirement/Must Have:
- Valid driver s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate shuttle bus or passenger vehicles safely.
- Attention to detail in maintaining logs and documentation.
- Prior experience driving shuttle buses or passenger vehicles preferred.
- Safely transport passengers according to scheduled routes and timelines.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, delays, or detours.
- Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and passenger counts.
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after trips.
- Ensure passenger safety, including adherence to capacity limits.
- Assist passengers, including those with disabilities, using appropriate equipment.
- Report any vehicle issues or emergencies to supervisors.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to work in diverse environments and weather conditions.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
- Safe driving and navigation.
- Customer service and passenger assistance.
- Record-keeping and reporting.
- Communication and coordination.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
