Loch Harbour Group, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced SharePoint/Confluence Specialist to serve as the senior technical authority leading the design, development, and sustainment of enterprise software applications and automation platforms. This position will focus on SharePoint and Confluence platform management, configuration, integration, and custom development to meet organizational requirements.
This role requires full-time onsite support in San Diego, CA, and an active Secret clearance at the time of hire.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and sustainment of SharePoint and Confluence-based solutions.
- Customize and configure SharePoint and Confluence for enterprise-wide use, including workflows, dashboards, document management, and reporting solutions.
- Analyze user needs and develop software solutions on SharePoint and Confluence, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
- Integrate SharePoint and Confluence with other enterprise tools and platforms, including Atlassian Jira, Jira Service Management, and Microsoft O365 Power Platform.
- Maintain and troubleshoot SharePoint/Confluence environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and functionality.
- Collaborate with other functional teams (e.g., project management, security, logistics) to develop specifications, performance requirements, and integration processes for SharePoint and Confluence solutions.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as:
- Electrical Engineering
- Computer Engineering
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Information Systems
- Mathematics or related discipline
- 3 years of professional experience with software engineering
- Hands-on Atlassian Jira, Jira Service Management, Microsoft O365 Power Platform
- Strong experience in customizing SharePoint and Confluence, including development of workflows, automations, and integrations
- Experience with applying programming concepts in a professional or academic setting
- Experience with applying modern software development methodologies (e.g. agile, DEVOPS/DEVSECOPS) in a professional or academic setting
- Agile Developer certification or Certified Scrum Developer certification
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript
- Active Secret Security Clearance (required at time of hire)
- Ability to work onsite in San Diego, CA
