- 1 years of customer service experience in a financial institution, payment provider, or customer-facing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail and time management
- Experience handling customer inquiries, issue escalation, and working within CRM or ticketing systems
- Knowledge of BSA/AML processes and financial services operations
- Bilingual Spanish communication skills and experience in startup or fast-paced environments
