Architectural Leadership: Define and oversee the technical roadmap for the enterprise ServiceNow instance. Ensure all design decisions align with Common Service Data Model (CSDM) standards to minimize technical debt and maximize long-term scalability.
Expert Development: Translate high-level requirements into functional solutions. Design and build custom scoped applications, advanced Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Client Scripts using core JavaScript and Glide APIs.
FedRAMP & Security: Serve as the technical authority for security within a FedRAMP-authorized environment. Implement and maintain robust security protocols and ensure all custom configurations meet strict compliance requirements.
Platform Optimization: Act as a force multiplier by troubleshooting complex workflows, mentoring internal teams on best practices, and driving digital transformation through service optimization.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Dual-Threat Proficiency: Proven ability to oscillate seamlessly between high-level architectural strategy and deep, code-level development.
Public Sector Experience: Demonstrable experience working within a FedRAMP-authorized environment and understanding the unique compliance constraints of the public sector.
Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, the Glide API suite, and the full lifecycle of scoped application development.
