Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and develop solutions within the ServiceNow ITSM module
- Implement and customize ITSM applications such as:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Service Catalog
- Knowledge Management
- Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Perform ServiceNow platform administration, upgrades, and enhancements
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support
