ServiceNow ITOM Architect

ServiceNow ITOM Architect, you will be the strategic lead responsible for the design, architecture, and implementation of the ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) suite. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring a seamless, automated, and visible IT infrastructure.
Experience: 8 years in IT infrastructure/operations, with at least 4 years specifically focused on ServiceNow ITOM architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Architectural Leadership: Lead the design of scalable ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Provisioning & Governance (CPG).
CMDB Governance: Define and maintain the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) to ensure the CMDB is the "single source of truth" for the organization.
Service Mapping: Design and oversee the creation of top-down service maps to visualize critical business services and their underlying infrastructure.
Process Automation: Architect automated workflows for infrastructure provisioning, remediation, and event correlation to reduce MTTR (Mean Time to Resolution).
Integration Design: Build robust integrations between ServiceNow and third-party monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, SolarWinds, Splunk) or cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a multi-year ITOM roadmap aligned with digital transformation goals.
