>> Guide capability design and long-range planning to evaluate solution options, define new enterprise capabilities, and shape the operational services that support them.
>> Collaborate with business partners to understand current-state processes, analyze end-to-end workflows, document and prioritize business requirements, and provide oversight for the design and delivery of ServiceNow platform enhancements and new IRM capabilities.
>> Work closely with business and technical teams to stay ahead of ServiceNow product releases, ensuring new features and functionality are understood and leveraged to maximize enterprise value.
>> Ensure all solutions are thoughtfully designed end-to-end, emphasizing out-of-the-box functionality, process simplification, automation, and AI-driven improvements.
>> Lead the creation of metrics, dashboards, and KPIs that accelerate transformation, drive adoption, and mature enterprise services.
Requirements:
>> Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field, or 10 years of IT experience.
>> At least 5 years of experience with software development lifecycle.
>> Fluency in English (verbal and written).
>> Must be legally authorized to work in the United States sponsorship is not available.
