Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders and People Systems teams to gather, document, and prioritize requirements for HRSD modules.
- Analyze current HR processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions leveraging ServiceNow HRSD capabilities.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Partner with architects and development teams to design scalable and efficient HRSD solutions.
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization activities in Agile environments.
- Assist in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case creation, execution, and validation.
- Support implementation and optimization of Configurable Workspace for HR Agent Workspaces.
- Collaborate on Now Assist configuration to enhance case handling and knowledge recommendations.
- Provide Business-As-Usual (BAU) support including enhancements, defect resolution, and incident triage.
- Monitor SLA adherence and ensure timely resolution of incidents and defects.
- Identify automation opportunities to improve HR service delivery and efficiency.
- Support integration with Workday HCM and other HR systems ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Act as liaison between HR, IT, and development teams to align priorities and timelines.
- Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions to drive adoption of HRSD solutions.
- Continuously improve HRSD processes, tools, and user experience.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow HRSD best practices, upgrades, and new capabilities.
- 6 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in ServiceNow HRSD environments.
- Strong understanding of HR processes including case management, employee relations, and knowledge management.
- Hands-on experience with Configurable Workspace, Now Assist, Case & Knowledge Management, and Employee Center Pro.
- Familiarity with Workday HCM or similar HR system integrations.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform including data model, workflows, tables, and security.
- Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience supporting BAU operations including defect management and incident resolution.
- Strong experience working in Agile methodologies including sprint planning and backlog management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist certification.
- Agile or Scrum certification (CSM/PSM).
- Experience with ServiceNow reporting and analytics.
- ServiceNow HRSD & Platform Knowledge.
- Business Analysis & Requirements Management.
