We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support a Washington statewide initiative. This is an urgent requirement, and we are seeking strong profiles with solid hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions
- Customize ServiceNow applications including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD modules
- Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations
- Perform system enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Ensure platform security, performance, and scalability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development
- Expertise in JavaScript, Glide scripting, ServiceNow APIs
- Experience with ITSM/ITOM/HRSD modules
- Knowledge of CMDB, workflows, and automation
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server)
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- 10 years of ServiceNow development experience
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CAD preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Prior government/public sector experience is a plus
