- Experience Supporting technical implementation of various ServiceNow modules such as Change
- Management, Incident Management, Problem Management and Service Catalog.
- Configure and enhance the Service Catalog, including request forms, catalog items, and
- fulfillment processes.
- Utilize IntegrationHub for building and managing complex integrations.
- Develop and maintain solutions using Flow Designer for process automation.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow Workflows development and customization.
