- Develop and configure ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and GRC.
- Build and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
- Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, and APIs.
- Collaborate with the Platform Owner to ensure alignment with platform strategy and governance.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and documentation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Support platform upgrades, patching, and lifecycle maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications.
- Ensure compliance with security, data integrity, and audit requirements.
- Hybrid role based in Austin, TX (3-4 days onsite per week).
