- Hybrid role 2 days per week onsite in New Jersey
- Candidates located in NY, NJ, CT, or PA preferred
- 6-7 years of ServiceNow development / consulting experience
- Strong experience in:
- ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
- Knowledge of ITOM / ITAM
- Hands-on experience with:
- JavaScript, Glide APIs
- Flow Designer, Service Catalog
- REST/SOAP integrations
- Understanding of:
- CMDB / CSDM
- ServiceNow platform architecture
- Good communication and client interaction skills
