• Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a ServiceNow Architect to join our team.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Technical Lead.
• Broad knowledge across multiple ServiceNow modules (not siloed).
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
• Ability to both design and implement solutions independently.
• Up-to-date knowledge of recent ServiceNow releases and capabilities.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive platform assessment of current ServiceNow environment.
• Define a practical, execution-focused roadmap aligned with business needs.
• Lead hands-on implementation across multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Serve as the technical authority and decision-maker for platform architecture and design.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into working solutions.
• Mentor and guide supporting ServiceNow resources.
• Ensure solutions leverage modern ServiceNow capabilities, including recent releases and AI features.
