- Experience coordinating with business, IT partners, and subject matter experts to gather and analyze requirements.
- Experience documenting user requirements, business processes, and workflows.
- Experience leading or facilitating cross-functional teams.
- Experience designing, developing, and implementing complex IT solutions.
- Experience working within an agile development environment.
- Five plus years of experience in product management, business analysis, or digital delivery roles.
- Experience working directly with clients and explaining complex concepts clearly.
- Experience performing gap analysis between legacy systems and modern solutions.
- Experience applying Agile or hybrid delivery approaches.
- Experience in project or product team leadership.
- Provide oversight across discovery, design, testing, and implementation of digital services.
- Lead product teams to deliver digital products aligned with user and business needs.
- Redesign operational processes to support digital service introduction.
- Develop recommendations for operational and program changes as digitization occurs.
- Identify barriers to change and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Oversee user acceptance testing and quality assurance activities.
- Define acceptance criteria and prioritize requirements based on value, risk, and feasibility.
- Conduct user-centric research to inform product decisions.
