We're looking for a Service Desk Analyst with 1-3 years of experience who enjoys helping people and solving problems. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for internal users, supporting a mix of hardware, software, and mobile devices. If you take pride in providing great customer service and can explain technical solutions in a clear, friendly way, you'll fit in well here.
Responsibilities
Support users with computer hardware, software, and business applications
Help with mobile devices, including iPhones, iPads, and Android devices
Work within established SLAs and keep users informed throughout the process
Communicate technical information in an approachable, easy-to-understand manner
Offer one-on-one user training when someone needs a little extra guidance
Document and manage issues in the ticketing system
Recognize when an issue needs escalation and route it to the right support group
Required Skills
Experience in a service desk or help desk environment
Strong troubleshooting abilities
Familiarity with ticketing systems
Active Directory (password resets, basic user administration)
Office 365 / Microsoft 365 support
Windows 11 and general Windows troubleshooting
Hardware and peripheral support
Microsoft Office and Outlook
A customer-first approach
Additional Qualifications
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, patient demeanor
Ability to collaborate well with a team and support others when needed
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working with users of all technical levels

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.90 - $20.90/hr.
