Responsibilities :
- Seeking an experienced Workday Developer to deliver Workday Extend applications and integrations in the Performance Management and Recruiting spaces. This hands-on engineering role requires someone who has built Workday solutions and can translate functional requirements into effective technical implementations.
- Build Workday Extend applications for mid-cycle promotion workflows and performance management processes
- Design and implement Workday Studio integrations supporting recruiting and talent acquisition workflows
- Partner with analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop technical solutions
- Participate in design discussions and contribute to solution design decisions
- Support testing and troubleshooting throughout implementation
- 4 years of hands-on Workday development experience
- Solid experience with Workday Extend (custom applications, API integrations)
- Strong experience with Workday Studio integrations
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Workday Extend certification
- Workday Integrations certification
- Workday Performance Management experience
