Qualifications
5 years of relevant professional experience; familiarity working with design systems and/or component libraries.
Experience designing and thinking in terms of visual style guides, design languages, and design system patterns and components.
Advanced knowledge of Figma.
Ability to create and present a broad range of conceptual designs.
Demonstrated proficiency in iterative refinement through feedback and collaboration with designers, engineers, stakeholders, and end users.
Familiarity with Scrum business practices and approach.
Great to have
Associate or bachelor’s degree in human computer interaction, management information systems, or other, design-related field.
Experience with UX research
Some travel may be required
