Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete UX design process, including research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.
- Drive design strategy aligned with business objectives and user needs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.
- Define and maintain design systems, UI standards, and reusable component libraries.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to shape product vision and requirements.
- Simplify complex workflows into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Utilize analytics, user insights, and data to optimize design decisions.
- Advocate for accessibility, usability, and inclusive design principles.
- Mentor junior designers and ensure design consistency and quality.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- 10 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design ownership and complex problem-solving capabilities.
- Expertise in UX research methodologies, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Figma (Preferred)
- Adobe XD and Sketch
- Prototyping tools such as Framer, Axure, and InVision
- Deep understanding of:
- Design systems and scalability
- Responsive and mobile-first design principles
- Accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
