Job Summary:

The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing test data provisioning, data masking, subsetting, and synthetic data solutions while ensuring PII protection and compliance. The role requires deep technical expertise in TDM strategy, architecture, and execution across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Test Data Management (TDM) strategies and architecture for enterprise applications.
- Manage test data provisioning, data masking, data subsetting, and synthetic data generation.
- Ensure PII data protection and regulatory compliance through effective data masking techniques.
- Work with tools such as CA TDM, Delphix, Informatica TDM, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to enable efficient test data availability.
- Perform data profiling and analysis to support test data preparation.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance on TDM solutions.
- Participate in Agile development processes and software testing lifecycle activities.
- Interface with stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- 10 years of experience in IT with strong expertise in Test Data Management.
- Hands-on experience with CA TDM, Delphix, Informatica TDM, or similar tools.
- Expertise in Test Data Provisioning, Data Masking, Data Subsetting, and Synthetic Data Generation.
- Strong experience with PII data protection and compliance standards.
- Strong SQL and database expertise.
- Experience with TDM strategy, architecture design, and implementation.
- Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
- Experience in Test Automation frameworks.
- Exposure to US Healthcare domain.
- Programming knowledge in Python or PySpark.
